Installation Manager for Windows Help

Installation Manager for Windows enables you to install and update Spectra® Geospatial Origin software to a Windows® device.

To install Installation Manager for Windows

To install Installation Manager for Windows:

1. Go to https://spectrageospatial.com/origin-installation/.
2. Scroll down to the Installing the Installation Manager section and click the link to download the installation file to your computer. Most users should select the Online link to download the version of the software that connects to the internet.
3. Double-click the installation file to install it.

The Installation Manager for Windows software can be installed on a desktop computer, tablet or data collector running the Windows operating system.

To run the Installation Manager

To run Installation Manager on the controller, tap the Search icon in the Windows task bar and enter Install. Tap Installation Manager in the search results to open the Installation Manager. When you run the software, it updates itself automatically with the latest changes and software releases.
