Installation issues

If a component does not install correctly, the component is highlighted in red in the Install updates tab.

Close and then restart Installation Manager and try installing the component again.

If the problem persists:

  1. Tap and select About.
  2. Make a note of the version number of the Installation Manager software installed and the serial number of the device being used to run it. To copy the serial number to the clipboard, tap .
  3. To view the log file, tap .
  4. To send the log file to Spectra Geospatial Support, tap and select your email app.
  5. Email the log file, the Installation Manager version number and the device serial number to Spectra Geospatial Support.
